Like this little guy. He reminds me of how much of a space cadet I was when I came into recovery. It is one day at a time, don't drink and go to meetings and if you can, pay us a visit too.

Welcome Tilly. We do have Al-Anon as well as AA on the site. I belong to both sides of the street. If there is anything you want to ask, please feel free to post or send me a private message.

We work a 12 Step Program, one day at a time. There is no time limit, no race to run, all we can try to do our best. Sometimes we fall short, that is okay, that is today. A day can start any time.

So glad you made the decision to sign in and say hello.
