God wants you to know that ... to love is to be vulnerable.

Love is the opening of the heart, the welcoming of your beloved. Loving is not secure, authentic loving is risky. Security lies behind the walls of a closed heart. You either invite the union by opening in love, or you secure the isolation by closing down.

You've carried the guilt, the shame for long enough. You've kept your wounds open for long enough. The time has come to let go, to heal. Keep the lessons and let the pain heal. Yes, you know what we are talking about.

So far, everyday of your life you have had enough to survive. Whether it was water, food or shelter, one way or another, you had enough. Why would tomorrow be any different? God has created an abundant world, live in appreciation of that.

You have to agree that you are less and that someone else is more to feel inferior. If you don't agree, you can not possibly feel inferior. You might know something less, or you might be able to do something less, but you ARE unique and hence simply incomparable. Do not buy into being reduced to an object of comparison.

God wants you to know that ... fear won't get you where you want to go.

It's not easy to head off into uncharted waters, but every journey starts with a first step. Fear will keep you from taking that first step, from untying the boat from the dock. Fear will also keep you from making new discoveries. Don't let fear keep you tied up, set sail and see what God has planned for you.

God wants you to know that ... it's time to let people see your inner beauty.

It's time to let people know the real you. Be who you are, not who you think people want you to be. You are more beautiful on the inside than you realize, and you need to share that beauty with others. Be transparent, let your guard down, let people know the real you.

God wants you to know that ... this human form is temporary.

Enjoy playing the game, even be serious about it if you wish, but do not get so attached to this form that you forget who you truly are - the fruit of God's love.

Do not think that love, in order to be genuine, has to be extraordinary. Real love is simple, everyday kind of thing. A smile, a hug, an encouragement. Continuous love without effort.

God wants you to know that ... living your life as good as you are able to, is good enough.

You don't need to be superhuman, and you don't need to be perfect. Simply live the best you can, and God will take care of the rest.

Don’t be discouraged by what seem like dead ends. Every moment in your life carries infinite possibilities, just waiting to be discovered. Like a vine finding its way even through the slightest openings in rock solid walls, so will you.

Just rest for a moment. It's OK. Yes, things are crazy, yes, the world is going nuts. Yet, deep underneath the stormy waves, there, in the core of your being, there is pure silence, pure love. And ... it's ... just ... OK.

You have these problems because you need the gifts they carry within.

God wants you to know that ... you deserve happiness just because.

There is nothing you need to do to deserve happiness. There are no 'minimal requirements' for you to fulfill before you can claim happiness. You deserve happiness simply by virtue of having been born. That's it. Nothing more is required. Be happy.

God wants you to know that ... if you're feeling stressed, take care of your body.

Breathe, stretch, move, get a massage. Your body will thank you and your spirit will feel renewed. God wants us to take care of body, mind, and spirit.

If we do not exercise, we close off our body, and prevent life to flow through us. We need to acknowledge and let go. We can not let go and let God, if there is no where for the energy to exit, or it can not go to where it is needed.

God wants you to know that ... your pains are God's way to rouse you from slumber.

Pain is your wake-up call to awaken, to look deeper into yourself, to adjust the course of your life. God tries to be as gentle as possible, and only if you ignore the call does the pain get stronger.

God wants you to know that ... your soul wants the freedom to sing, dance, love.

As your body needs nourishment - food, drink, sleep, so does your soul need nourishment - sing, dance, love. Life is not all work, work is not all hard toil. Nourish your soul with the food that is right for it, for it is the altar of your own inner temple.

God wants you to know that ... it's time you cleansed yourself with laughter and with tears.

Let tears take out all the agony that is hidden inside you, and let laughter ignite your contagious joy.
