Shout for joy to the Lord, all the earth.
Worship the Lord with gladness;
come before him with joyful songs.

This reminds me of the following hymn we learned growing up. My sister couldn`t talk and was still on wobbly legs and she would go around the house clapping her hands and singing joy, joy, joy.
