T is for Trust. Through trusting my Higher Power, I learned to trust my own instincts and learn to trust others.

T is for Try. All we are asked to do is Try. The failure isn't in trying and not reaching our goals. The failure is not trying. The failure is not picking yourself up and trying again.

Try the best you can, that is good enough.

T is for Too. You too can recover. Is change too terrifying, that you will choose to stay in your misery, rather than change by working the Steps, and finding the freedom of recovery too, one day at a time.

T is for Truthful. I have to be truthful with myself to obtain self-honesty. I need to be truthful with my sponsor and others. My God already knows, why lie to Him? If you can't be truthful with yourself, who else can you be truthful with?

T is for Trouble. Look at them as challenges. They can be overcome. There is always a solution. Problems we can stay stuck in, turn them over to our Higher Power.
