F is for Faith. Replace that old fear with new faith. We have a disease of perception and sometimes we need it to be healed. We need to take a new look at ourselves and make new connections with our God. What does my God mean to me. I had to make Him personal and build a new relationship with Him.

F is for Faults. We have our faults, but we also have a program that helps us work on them and learn to change. We have to be mindful not to take on other people's stuff. Make sure it is your stuff, not something someone projected onto you. Just because we make a mistake, doesn't mean we are one.

F is for Fallback. It takes a lot of strength and courage to finally fallback.

F is for Fear. Face everything and recover. Flee everything and run. We do have a choice.

Find courage to change through the example of others who have.

Find the serenity to accept the things you cannot change, the courage to change the things you can, and the wisdom to know the difference.
