God Is With Us

GOD IS WITH US

Stay calm. How is that possible when there are so many issues in the world today? Stay calm. How can we possibly be calm when our home life is a mess? Stay calm. How can we be calm when we are financially burdened and don’t know if we have money to pay the bills? God tells us to stay calm. He tells us not to be afraid. He tells us He will fight our battles for us. God is with us and because of His strength, we can stay calm.

Exodus 14:13-14 “But Moses told the people, ‘Don’t be afraid. Just stand still and watch the Lord rescue you today. The Egyptians you see today will never be seen again. The Lord himself will fight for you. Just stay calm.’” (NLT)

Dear Lord, thank You for Your strength. We have so many worries and fears about life but You tell us to stay calm. We know when we obey and trust in You, You will use Your strength and power to make things right. Our faith is tested when we have trials and when we are faithful to You by staying calm, trusting in You and waiting, we will become strong and stronger. Thank You, Lord. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Because of God’s strength, we can stay calm in all situations.

When we choose to trust in God and have faith, He will make us stronger while we wait on His answers.

There is no reason to be afraid of anything on earth. God is with us and will fight for us.

We can stay calm in all situations when we focus on God.

God’s power and strength will be with us when we are obedient to Him.

2 Samuel 5:10 “And David became more and more powerful, because the Lord God of Heaven’s Armies was with him.” (NLT)

Have found over the years, that when I slip into an old pattern and behavior, because it is familiar, I don't recognize where I am at. It doesn't mean I relapse physically, but mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

I know that my God is with me, and all I have to do is reach out and ask for help, especially, if I don't want to continue being in the space. If I want to stay there, the perhaps I should ask myself why.
