Welcome yammylewis, so glad you made the decision to sign in and share.

my sponsor told me to make sure I topped myself up and only give away the overflow. We can't give away what we don't have. If our taank is empty, all we are doing is letting of fumes or hot air. A good sponsor who told me how it was, I needed that.

We help others by going to a meeting and occupying a chair. it is nice to share, but sometimes we jusst have to be quiet and listen. As they say, learn to listen, listen to learn.
