Passion for life seems to come more naturally to some than it does to others. We have to allow ourselves to be amazed by life every day, or else the passion within us slowly dies.

Today, allow yourself to be amazed at God's tremendous unconditional love for you. Reflect on his gift of creation, his death and resurrection for you, and rekindle your passion for God.

Today, allow yourself to be amazed at the love you have received from others. Reflect on these gifts of love and re-kindle your passion for life.

Today, allow yourself to see more clearly, to hear more intently, to touch more consciously. Reflect on these experiences of awareness and rekindle your passion for consciousness.

Know the gifts you have received. In appreciating them more fully, your passion for life will deepen.

Lord, may I not be half asleep in the midst of the abundance within and around me. Rekindle within me a desire to live fully. Rekindle within me a passion for life.
