Hello, I'm Rio and I just joined. I'm an alcoholic trying to get sober. It's difficult to find any outside help so I thought I'd join the forum. Day 1 here. Thanks for having me.

I've made it to day 11 and am trudging on. It's been a struggle, but glad I've made it this far.

Thanks for sharing, it is a simple program but not always easy. My sponsor told me, "Don't pick up no matter what." For me using and relapse wasn't an option. For me to use is to die. I chose to live.
