Summer is for the children to play in water, laugh and sing. Summer time is for the children within us to do the same thing. Today I am willing to look for the humor in all situations. When I am able to laugh at myself with others, I begin to let go. Humor has the ability to help me loosen up. What a great stress reliever. Laughter is the best medicine. Use it often. Affirmation Today, I am appreciative of my progress. Let yourself feel good about what you have accomplished, not what still has to be done. There is always something else to be done. Worrying only causes wrinkles. Affirmation Today, I will take time to breathe and stay focused on the present. Treasure every moment that you have. Time waits for no one. Yesterday is history. Tomorrow is a mystery. Today is a gift. That's why it's called the present. This was posted in 2005.
