A New Adventure
 

Joining recovery is by far the biggest decision for all of us who have this problem that we'll ever have to face, and it's not an easy one to make for any of us, but we all do have to make it. All of us can be sure of one thing, that if things were going so well in our life's, none of us would be faced with having to make this decision, but they're not, and that's why we're facing this decision. It helps us to know that things will only continue to get worse from now on unless we get help with this problem. Recovery is that help we all need, but it only works if we each decide for ourselves to join recovery and do the things that it suggests we do. One thing we can be assured of if we do decide to join is that this will be unlike anything else we've ever been part of before. It's a new adventure for all of us that never grows old, and will always be taking us places we'd thought we'd never go, and we'll be doing things that none of us thought we were capable of. Recovery is the life that all of us have been looking for that none of us could find, but the only way that any of us will ever know this is by deciding to join recovery to see what happens to us if we do.
