Preventative Measures
 

All of us would like to think that there's something we could all do that would prevent all of this from happening to us, and from going through all that we have had to go through because of having what we all have. There is only so much that can be done and it usually fails all of us miserable, even when we're able to see this is all around us, we'll think that somehow because we can, that we'll become immune to this because we're able to see it, this has proved never to work for any of us. What we all have is so powerful and it's taken over all of us in ways that none of us are able to see, but we could see the results from this doing that to us, that all of us are getting and we'd all like to think that we can prevent these as well, but none of us can. We're all just going along for the ride until we can all learn what we can do that will make all of this stop. In recovery we learn that what we're all abstaining from now doesn't stop this, in fact by doing this it usually make matters worse for all of us when we all have done this, until we're all able to understand this about what we all have, there are no preventative measures that any of us can take that will stop all of this from happening to all of us.
