Grateful to be alive
 

Life and its journey has been a tough one for me. There were times where I felt alone and had nothing sleeping on the streets or my in my drinking days. Today I am grateful that every morning I wake up in a bed, I open my eyes and I am surrounded by the people I love and I am alive. That I finally feel I have a hold on how to respond to my family and set boundaries.

Good to see you here in Gratitude, Lesley, as this is one of the many tools that go into our "KIT OF SPIRITUAL TOOLS" and one that is important to use even when the chips are down and life is giving us lemons to suck on.

The tough spots we hit are only stepping stones to spiritual growth...
