Mine is Keep it Simple. I tend to complicate everything. I make things bigger than they are. I remember being told in AA years ago that the steps are simply laid out for us but we complicate it. Keeping things simple is something I have to do daily

When I first got sober, I could not imagine being sober for the rest of my life. But I could be sober One Day at a Time. Each day I can choose not to drink. When I realized that, it was a turning point in my recovery.

The Camel

The camel each day goes twice to his knees. He picks up his load with the greatest of ease. He walks through the day with his head held high and stays for that day completely dry.
