B is for "It is okay to just be! We don't always have to be doing. The devil makes work for idle hands is an open tape. We need to be active in service and do for others, but we need to do for ourselves too. We need to fill up and top ourselves up, and only give away the overflow. It is okay to just be! When you find the stillness and quiet, connect to your Higher Power and ask Him/Her for the good orderly direction you need in your life. Be aware, you could be trying to catch your attention!
