Topic of the week - Words beginning with "F"
F is for Fun, Food and Fellowship. If you aren't enjoying recovery, what are you doing wrong?
We can have freedom, by applying the program to all parts of our life, freedom from all addictions, without having to use to give us courage and suppress the feelings of anxiety and fear. http://www.animated-gifs.eu/water-fr...dance/0022.gif |

F is for Faith. For faith that works, try applying the 12 Steps to your life.

F is for Flourish. Give yourself space to grow. Don't fill your life up with busy, so you have no time for yourself or others. The Fellowship will flourish, if we share our ESH and continue to nurture and share a message of hope and how the program worked for us.

F is for Fine. It can mean F.I.N.E. which many recovery people say means, "Flocked up, Insecure, Neurotic, and Enjoying it.
It can also mean I am doing fine, I am working my program one day at a time. It can also mean, Frustrated, Indulgent, Negative, and Emotional. It depends on how you look at it. It can mean Faithful, Identifying (not comparing), Nurturing, and Enjoying my recovery, one day at a time. |
F is for Finish. When you finish the Steps, go back to Step One. This is a one day at a time program, some days we need all 12.
If you make the decision to go back out, who knows where you will end up. Have you had enough yet! Do you still want to wallow in your misery? Finish with the past, work through the Steps, and live in today. http://www.animated-gifs.eu/mammals-...nts-1/0008.gifhttp://www.animated-gifs.eu/mammals-...nts-1/0006.gif |
F is Flow. Go with the flow. Stay in the moment, in today. Turn your day over to the God of your understanding and see how the day flows, and you can see how your God is working for you, doing for you what you couldn't do for your yours.
I could stop, but couldn't stay stopped until I came to AA, then went to NA and Al-Anon. Sometimes we need to address outside issues, and remember First things first, our sobriety. Say no to drugs, and find sobriety through the 12 Steps of recovery, they are the common denominator and foundation of all fellowships. http://xa.yimg.com/kq/groups/2136112...03946/name/n_a |
