B is for Blame. Let go of the blame. Blame says it is all someone else's fault. Blame keeps me sick and blocks me from the healing this program offers. Let it begin with you. Look at your part and count your blessings.

B is for Believe. Believe in a God of your understanding. Believe that the program that you identify with, will work for you. Believe that God will do for you, what you can't do for yourself.

B is for Boundaries. Respect yourself and set them. Boundaries can be set around you at different lengths for different people. Think of the sun raise around you as protection, and only let in those who are good for your health and well being.

My son keeps ignoring them or trampling on them, and I have to continue to reset them.

B Is for Big Book

B is for Bible = Basic Instructions before Leaving Earth

B is for Bring. Bring your trials and tribulations to your God and He will help you through them. Bring your body to a meeting, and the rest will follow. Bring yourself to a meeting, no matter what fellowship, and don't just occupy a chair, be of service. Don't ask what your group can do for you, ask for what you need to bring to the group.

B is for Belong. Belong to a group, a support group that you can identify with. Don't just occupy a chair, don't rush in at the last minute and leave before or after the closing prayer, be a good member. How to you find good support? Be one! We can do what I can't do alone.

B is for But - When people say that word "but", I say to them to bend over because they need a kick in the butt. LOL

B is for But. They say that anything after a but is B.S.
