Today I am Grateful for:
 

1. My sobriety
2. The God of my own understanding, my sponsor, and the women of my AA support group who help me sort through my thoughts.
3. Step 10 which gives me a look at what I may need to change
4. My husband, friend and life partner.
5. Keeping my mouth shut. Pausing before speaking.

Thank you for sharing. Here in Canada, we have a slogan that was hard for me to put into practice, "Hesitate and Meditate." They say it is an Aries fault, act and react! It seemed to be a normal thing to do all of my life. It is amazing how our God can do for us what we can't do for ourselves.
