Take care Jo.. I've been having difficult days also being new to sobriety.. Again... But one think I have learnt is that I don't have the monopoly on problems... We all got them... Just keep on keeping on.. The dark days never last.. We are just about as happy as we make up

Thanks Randall. It is one day at a time. As a long timer said, "I don't have bad days any more, I have bad moments in a day thanks to the tools of recovery."

Here in Canada, there is a joke that states, "There is a tool for every nut that walks through the doors of recovery." I was one of the very sick ones and went to two meetings a day for two years. I wasn't employable and needed to fill up my day with spiritual things.
