What does it mean to “be still”?

Worrying about things that we can’t control causes so much stress in our lives and for what? Sometimes the best thing we can do is to just let it go. In Psalms God tells us to “…be still and know that I am God.” So…just relax. God is in control, even when things feel like they are out of control. Make sure you are doing what God is telling you to do, then be still. Sometimes God is waiting for us to STOP so that He can START.
