Joy Of Living
 

If you're in recovery, and you're not enjoying life, you're not doing it right. I still recall how it felt when I heard this said early in my recovery. None of us signed up for recovery with the idea that the theme of recovery was the joy of living. But why wouldn't it be ? If we follow the prescribed way of doing it surely we'll now be able to enjoy life as never before. The only thing that was standing in my way when I heard this was me. I had been told all that I needed to do now all I had to do was to do it, and when I did I did come to know a joy of living like I had never known. This can work for anyone at all. The ones that it doesn't work for are those who are not doing right.
