Often at the beginning of our recovery we believe that having made such a mess out of our life that it's not possible for them ever to be fixed, or that we could ever have a good life . It helps to know that the whole process of recovery was designed from this kind of situation and after a lot of experience, this was the process that was found by which we straighten out our mess and give us a good life. No matter what we have been through, we'll still be able to find and have a good life we never thought possible for us. It's an amazing program that works for all who follow the actions found in it; none of these will ever hurt us or anyone else by design. It is true though that much of what the program asks us to do doesn't come very natural to us, and had it we probably wouldn't have made such a mess out of our life to begin with.
