Today I am grateful for a light , happy, feeling inside...watching the clouds move across the sky, doing just a few things that I had been putting off....txg with both my sponsors, looks like my AA sponsor will be able to talk tonight...just want to catch up. The thought came to me today about how I am only as sick as my secrets ...and grateful I have learned I can trust those in the program to listen and that I may listen to them.
