Default Compassion in sickness

Compassion in sickness

from the desk of Pastor Curt McComis

Matthew 14:36 "And besought him that they might only touch the hem of His garment: and as many as touched were made perfectly whole."

Do you need a touch from the Master's hand this very day? Today has sorrow overwhelmed you? Is there a deep need in your life today? Our Lord is a personal Lord. He knows your name today. Our Lord is willing and waiting to touch whatever may be wrong in your life. Christ Jesus has great compassion on those that are in need. He is there to heal you, help you, guide you, and protect you.

Matthew 14:14 tells us "And Jesus went forth, and saw a great multitude, and was moved with compassion toward them, and he healed their sick". Christ Jesus is ready to heal you today. Your name is on His heart today; to touch, and to minister unto you personally.

Please look up in the Holy Bible all the healing verses. Study them, think on them, learn them. Christ Jesus does have great compassion on you. Psalm 41:3 says "The Lord will strengthen him upon the bed of languishing (bed of sickness): thou wilt make all his bed in his sickness". The Lord is there every moment that you are sick. He loves you on the bed of languishing.

Maybe today the touch from the Master's hands will free you from your sickness. The Lord could be healing your soul and spirit today, as you get right with Him. The Lord also could be calling you home to be with Him. The truth is, the Lord is here right in the middle of pain and suffering. He loves you. Please, no matter what, call upon His name and you will find peace and grace in the time of need.
