Default Power of Prayer

Power of Prayer
Keep thoughts of Spirit, of God, in mind all the time. Be constantly praying, thinking, and loving who you really are a little part of God's creation.

If you keep God in your mind, then God will be in your heart, too. Eventually, your stomach won't need to be so filled, either!

Say a prayer recognizing and thanking God the first second when you wake in the morning. Get a prayer chant going, like beautiful music playing in your soul. Over and over again, all day, all night. Steep yourself in prayer. If you find self-destructive desires to eat the wrong food or to overeat overtaking you, start the prayer again, and let it feed your entire being.

As Paul says in Ephesians 6:18, Pray at all times in the Spirit, with all prayer and supplication. To that end keep alert with all perseverance, making supplication for all the saints. I think that's good advice, not only to Christians, but to all believers. If it speaks more directly to you, substitute "God" or "Higher Power" for "the Spirit." For saints, you might think of “all the prophets or sages.

It's the idea that counts: To unite your body and soul with the divine love that you are made of all day all night for all time.
