(Example-I am a member of A.A.,although early in
my recovery I did make other fellowships,My sponsor is in A.A.)
2)What is your date?(Your recovery..sobriety..clean date
3)How many times have you been through the steps?
Self explanatory
4)What is your favorite recovery slogan?
5)In one paragraph,describe what you expect of
your sponsees?(How often to get in touch..etc)
6)In one paragraph tell us who you are?
7)How many meetings a week do you attend?
