T is for Think. In Al-Anon, the slogan says THINK. In AA, it is

THINK. I was told to give little thought to my past, it is gone and I can`t change it but I can learn from it. I was told to give little thought to the future, tomorrow never comes, it is always today. Live and think on today. My recovery is in today and when I leave today, I miss out and threaten my sobriety.
