More of anything, no matter what the substance was, if it allowed me to cope, run, stuff, hide, etc. The insanity of our disease, looking outside of ourselves to find something that will make us feel better. When I started looking within, take an inventory of what was there, were it originated and how deep the roots were, I was able to heal and change.
