7 Good Things…To Do with God’s Word

If you are in need of stability that will keep you from falling, God’s word is a rock beneath your feet…stand upon it.
Therefore whoever hears these sayings of Mine, and does them, I will liken him to a wise man who built his house on the rock: Matthew 7:24 (NKJV)
If you desire to make decisions that will keep you from darkness, God’s word is the light that shines upon your pathway…walk in it.
Your word is a lamp to my feet And a light to my path. Psalm 119:105 (NKJV)
If you want to feed upon food that will satisfy your hungry heart, God’s word is the bread of life…feed upon it.
Your words were found, and I ate them, And Your word was to me the joy and rejoicing of my heart; For I am called by Your name, O LORD God of hosts. Jeremiah 15:16 (NKJV)
If you long to walk in the way of holiness, God’s word will keep you from the snares of sin…hide it in your heart.
Your word I have hidden in my heart, That I might not sin against You! Psalm 119:11 (NKJV)
If you yearn to live in a way that will be a blessing to others and matter for eternity, God’s word will bring great reward…keep on obeying it.
