I can say that I am an alcoholic, well one in recovery anyways. I have been sober 479 days and AA and a complete lifestyle change has helped me in my recovery. When you are a recovering alcoholic you cannot put yourself around people who drink, this is very dangerous. Addiction Therapy and AA both helped me a lot to determine what I needed to do to maintain my sobriety.
