I really appreciate this post. I have been trying to fast. I blew it so did a partial fast. I have to for many reasons, many medical and to feel better. And also self control is examination of one's conscious and how they can change or do things different. Again thank you for this wonderful post. It reminds me if i drop the ball i can pick it up and keep going not give up. blessings
