Thank you for posting this. Recently I attended a meeting where they said in the beginning that newbies do not share. I objected to this. No mater how long (35 yrs + now) I need to hear the newcomers. Others supported my objection and that was taken out of the format. Besides, How else can we support them if we do not hear their needs? Thanx again Rover
