Was hurting, did a meditation and my sister called me from Tweed at 11 p.m. We talked for 4 hours, and when I got off the phone, my hand was stuck to my phone, and my phone had an indentation in my ear, but otherwise, no major pain in my body.

We have freedom of choice. How long am I going to stay in my pain before I reach out and ask for help.
