Today's Inspiring Thought: Everything We Need

The Bible is filled with incredible promises from God. This one in 2 Peter 1 is an all-time favorite of mine, especially if I'm feeling stressed or afraid.

When I meditate on these confident words of assurance, they dispel my worry, doubt, fear and stress.

Here's another reassuring promise from John 14:27 "I am leaving you with a gift—peace of mind and heart. And the peace I give isn't like the peace the world gives. So don't be troubled or afraid." (NLT)
