If you don't say what you mean, you'll never mean what you say. Back in the day, I avoided stating my position. I didn't want to make waves, hurt anyones feelings, and most of all I didn't want anyone to know me. I was judged alot growing up, it made me very defensive and lets face it, the truth needs no defence. .it took a long time to change that behavior. Yes, it's a process. Now don't get me wrong, I don't spert thoughts out without thinking about the circumstance at the moment. Yes, the pause button is a must. When It's time to make amends or state my position, I get the best results when I can look a person in there eyes. It takes courage, but the truth does set you free.
