Loved reading through your gratitudes Jo....took me a bit to get signed back on here....but with help here I am.....your gratitudes helped me to recognize those things I may be missing in this journey of recovery....not a day passes by ...today I live in happy memories....living in the past is not recovery it is getting stuck in a place I can't change....I can only live in today, and in today I find the gift...now Off to create my own gratitude page!
