There are several ways in which one can ask for help. Those of us who have been there can see these pleas for help. The longer one goes without help, the louder these pleas become, without ever having to say the words, help me. Most of us end up asking for help without even when not knowing what the problem is, we just want help. Many will not want the help even though they've asked for it. Today when there is a solution, many still die from this illness. Why ? Because they don't want or like the help they need. Asking for help may be hard but wanting it is crucial for without it there's no hope.
