Default God will supply every need

And my God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:19

Thereís a certain feeling you get when you just know God is calling you or leading you to do something difficult. And perhaps youíre feeling just that way as you head into the New Year. Maybe itís a challenge in your commitment to Christ or a challenge to better engage your family. But if youíre in the will of God, youíll always have Godís provision because Godís will is never stopped because of lack of resourcesóonly a lack of obedience.

Thereís no recession in Godís resources. Thereís no economic problem in the Kingdom of Heaven. If we are in the will of God, we can always count on Godís provision. So why in the world would an apparent lack of resources keep us from moving forward where we truly believe God is leading us?

I donít know what Godís will is for your life, but I do know three things about Godís will if youíre a believer in Christ: The will of God is good; the will of God is acceptable; and the will of God is perfect (Romans 12:2). So why not trust it if you believe that?

Maybe youíve spent much of your life simply following your own will, but it hasnít worked out the way you planned. Start following Godís will this New Year. When you do, youíll discover deep joy and satisfaction as you see Him provide at every turn!

Follow Godís will in your life and Heíll never fail to provide for you!
